Dear Valued Neighbor,

Ten years ago, on January 1, 2015, I opened the first Louisiana Bistreaux in East Point. Since then, we've proudly expanded to three additional locations in Decatur, Buckhead, and Perimeter. These ten years have passed in the blink of an eye. Along the way, we've faced challenges ranging from the COVID-19 pandemic to labor shortages and inflation.

Through it all, the support of our loyal guests has been the cornerstone of our resilience. As we celebrate this milestone, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to every one of our past and future patrons. I am also deeply thankful to my mentors, Norman Brinker and Chef Paul Prudhomme (may they rest in peace), who inspired me to uphold the fundamentals of great food and exceptional service.

As we look ahead to the next ten years, I want to extend my thanks by sharing a small token of appreciation: a gift card enclosed with this letter. It's a genuine invitation for you to join us at your convenience and experience our authentic Louisiana recipes, lovingly influenced by the legendary Chef Paul Prudhomme.

Louisiana cuisine is renowned for its bold flavors, crafted with a blend of herbs, seasonings, and peppers. Don't worry—if you prefer milder dishes, we're happy to adjust the seasonings or suggest menu options that suit your taste. Your satisfaction is our priority.
